Robert Wetenhall, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Robert C. Wetenhall Jr. is a Florida-focused real estate developer of luxury residential and multi-family properties located in Miami, Orlando, and Fort Myers. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of two private real estate development companies, Blue River Capital and Miami Venture Partners. From 2018 to 2022, he was involved with corporate strategy, capital raising, and investor relations as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Five Point Holdings, LLC (NYSE: FPH), one of the largest mixed-use developers in California. From 2006 to 2017, Mr. Wetenhall worked as a Managing Director in Equity Research for RBC Capital Markets covering home builders and building products. In 2017, Mr. Wetenhall was ranked fourth in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Poll. He previously worked at both Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Wetenhall graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan and also has a B.A., cum laude, in economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Jeffrey D. Sherman
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jeffrey Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer of Terragram Investments Ltd. and has over 25 years’ experience as a corporate director and executive in real estate, high tech, biotechnology/medical, financial services, and business services. From 2012 to 2017, he was Chief Financial Officer of Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX:AI) where he helped take the company public and grow its assets from $180 million to over $600 million, raising $280 million of common shares and convertible debentures. His interests include corporate governance, risk management and internal control, corporate finance, restructuring, start-up enterprises and initial public offerings. Mr. Sherman is a popular presenter, and a frequent course director and course author for many organizations including provincial associations of chartered professional accountants across Canada, including executive development programs for senior financial executives across Canada. He has written many magazine articles and over twenty books including: Canadian Cash and Treasury Management, and Financial Instruments: A Guide for Financial Managers (published by Thomson-Reuters/Carswell), as well as Strategy and Planning Toolkit for Small and Medium Businesses (published by CPA Canada). Mr. Sherman has a B.Comm from Rotman Commerce (University of Toronto) and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business and is an FCPA, FCA.
Faruq Rashid
Controller
Mr. Faruq Rashid has over 20 years of accounting and reporting experience in public and private companies, with extensive industry experience in real estate investment and property management, infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate asset management. His experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, as well as mortgages, convertible debentures and equity offerings. Mr. Rashid has a CPA, CA designation and holds an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).
